Villa Shine

Stunning villa Shine Kalkan is situated in the Kalamar district of Kalkan and has an extensive private terrace and a sizeable infinity pool. This contemporary and luxurious villa is the ideal place for a large group or family to have a wonderful holiday. The views from the villa terrace and interior are of nothing but sea and islands, and you can enjoy the fabulous Kalkan sunsets from all aspects. The delightful pool terrace is perfectly arranged for you to savour long days in the sun. Sun loungers fringe the infinity-edged pool with an integrated jacuzzi. There is also a raised wooden seating area with fantastic sea views. A large pavilion provides shade for the outdoor dining area, which has a built-in stone BBQ for when you want to dine in and relax.
The interior of the villa is even more striking than the pool terrace. It combines ultra-modern style with natural materials and some rustic furnishings to significant effect. There is a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor level with large glass windows on either side. The fitted kitchen is well equipped. It has an island with an integrated breakfast bar and an indoor dining area overlooking the pool terrace. In the living room, the double-height ceiling creates spacious energy in the room, and the seating area with TV is plush and comfortable. Five en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with the first bedroom on the ground floor perfect for guests with limited mobility. Each bedroom is uniquely dressed and fitted with high-quality furnishings and access to either the terrace or balconies. There are two twin rooms and three double rooms, and the master bedroom offers a freestanding jacuzzi to help you unwind.

Living Room

The modernized spacious lounge area is well appointed for a large group to be entertained. This room has a seating group, TV, DVD player, child’s bed, highchair, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, and WC. Full-height glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

Games Room It has a table tennis table, electronic darts, and a foosball table.

Kitchen

The chic contemporary kitchen combines a cool indoor dining area and is open to the living room. Amenities provided are a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, oven and hob, and all the dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The amazing pool terrace has a stunning infinity-edged pool plus a children’s pool. The spacious patio is fully furnished to savour long days in the sun. There are ample sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, outdoor seating, and parasols. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
