Showing 1–12 of 167 villas · or let us shortlist for you
Kalkan is built on a hillside that curves round its bay, so a sea view is easy to come by here. Some views are much better than others though. There are currently 167 sea view villas on this page, and in every one of them the water is part of the everyday view. You see it from the terrace or the pool, and in many of the villas from balconies or a roof terrace too.
Every villa in this collection has a clear view of the sea. Nearly all of them have an outdoor pool, and every villa has air conditioning, a barbecue and a dishwasher, so evenings on the terrace with dinner outside are easy to arrange. Just under half also have an indoor jacuzzi, which is handy in spring and autumn. Sizes run from 1–7 bedrooms, sleeping 2–14 guests, so you’ll find small places for two alongside big family villas.
When you choose, think about where you’ll spend your time. If you like breakfast with the bay in front of you, look at which way the main terrace faces. Villas higher up the slopes usually have the widest panorama. Those lower down are closer to the water and the town.
Most of them are in Kalamar, Kiziltas, Ortaalan and Kordere. Each of these areas looks out over the water from a different angle. There are also a number in central Kalkan, a few in Kisla, Akbel and Komurluk, and some just along the coast in Kaş. Distances to the sea range from 0.1 to 7.5 km. A good share of the villas are within a kilometre of the water and some are within 500 metres, while the ones further up the hillside give you more space and a wider view. Plenty are also within walking distance of the town centre.
Weekly prices start from £735, and there’s a wide spread between simpler villas and the larger luxury homes. A lot of the villas also feature in our luxury collection. But there are budget options, honeymoon villas and secluded places with a sea view too. If you’d like help narrowing the list down by area or by the view itself, just ask us. We know these villas well.
The town climbs up a hillside around its bay, so lots of houses look out over the water. Villas higher up the slopes usually see more of the bay and the coastline.
That depends on the villa. In some the view is from the pool terrace and living room, while others also have a roof terrace or sea-facing bedroom balconies. The photos and description for each villa show this.
Kalamar, Kiziltas, Ortaalan and Kordere have the most. There are also sea view villas in Kisla, Akbel, Komurluk, the town centre and a few near Kaş.
Some are only about 100 metres from the water and a fair share are within a kilometre. Others are higher up or further along the coast, up to around 7.5 km away.
Many of the villas are within a kilometre of the centre, so walking to the restaurants and harbour is easy. Some of the more secluded ones are further out, up to about 10 km, and a car is handy there.
Yes. The biggest have up to 7 bedrooms and sleep up to 14 guests, and quite a few are also in the large group category.
Nearly all of them have an outdoor pool. Some are also listed as heated pool villas, so check the details of each villa if you’re travelling outside the summer months.
Yes, there are 1 and 2 bedroom villas that work well for couples, and many of them also appear in the honeymoon villa category.
Yes, a few of the sea view villas are in Kaş, just along the coast from Kalkan. Most of the collection is around Kalkan itself, mainly in Kalamar, Kiziltas, Ortaalan and Kordere.
Yes, every villa on this page has air conditioning, a barbecue, a dishwasher and a fridge. Nearly all of them also have parking, satellite TV, a washing machine and towels.
Yes. Weekly prices start from £735, and a number of the villas also appear in our budget villas collection, so you can still have a sea view without paying for one of the larger luxury homes.
Quite a few do. Just under half of the sea view villas have an indoor jacuzzi, which is good to have on cooler evenings in spring or autumn.
