Guests staying at Villa Samira 1 can use the facilities at the neighbouring Samira Resort hotel, where there is a large pool, sun terrace, and bar serving drinks, snacks, and lunch (all edibles will be charged as extra). Resort facilities include 24-hour reception, breakfast (prices in resort), lunch (prices in resort), dinner (prices in resort), money exchange, communal pool and games lands.

Kitchen

Arranged at the rear of the ground floor interior space, the modern kitchen is well equipped so that you can enjoy a self-catering holiday. It is complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, indoor dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, and hob, plus all the utensils and dinnerware required. In addition, an indoor dining table to seat six is incorporated into the kitchen space.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace patio encompasses the whole villa building and is well-appointed with plenty of garden furniture. There are ample sun loungers, comfortable outdoor seating, a BBQ, an alfresco dining table, a gazebo shade, and parasols. The large private pool can be heated upon request for an extra fee, and there is a shallow end where sunbeds can sit on the water, or smaller children can paddle. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
