Villa Pirlanta Duo Kalkan is a sleek, spacious, five-bedroom residence with breathtaking sea views from its elevated location. The spacious outside terrace is imaginatively furnished with several areas where the entire group can unwind, swim, barbecue, and dine outdoors. The rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing with a sundowner and taking in the views as Kalkan Bay lights up in the evening. It also has a private bar and cushioned lounging area. For the enjoyment of its guests, Villa Pirlanta also provides table tennis and table football.

Perched on the hills of the Kalamar area of Kalkan, our villa has gorgeous sea and landscape views that can be admired throughout the property. You will have a fantastic Kalkan holiday at this luxury villa, with an extensive terrace, an extra-large infinity pool, and an excellent modern design.

The property is located above Kalamar Bay, within walking distance of the Kalamar Beach Club, local bars, shops and restaurants. Kalkan centre, harbour and town beach are approximately a 2-minute drive away (or a 20-minute walk downhill).

Living Room

Well-equipped for entertaining, the lounge has a relaxing atmosphere perfect for chilling out after a long day in the sun. The open-plan living area is an ample, light-filled space comprising a well-equipped kitchen that features an island with an electric hob. The dining area seats eight guests, and the living room has plenty of comfortable seating, plus a TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The sizeable kitchen area is finished in American style. It is equipped with a water cooler, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, built-in microwave and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and extractor fan above the hob. All utensils required for a self-catering stay are also provided. Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen has direct access to the pool area.

Terrace and Pool

The lavish private terrace is perfectly arranged so you can spend luxurious days in the sun. Surrounding the large infinity pool is a spacious patio furnished with high-quality sun loungers, a seating group, a dining table for 10, a table and chairs, a hammock, a barbecue and umbrellas. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
